Manager, Return ECOM DC (Suzhou, JS, CN)

Lead inbound receiving and returns operations in a distribution center to achieve service levels, productivity, and cost targets. Support senior management in managing inbound and return KPIs, establish and manage SOPs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. Oversee day-to-day operations for the DC IB team, motivate and manage both permanent and 3PL labor teams, and ensure execution aligned with HSE standards, including launch receiving process enhancements.
