Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle day-to-day client calls, client transactions, and client problem resolution, including account inquiries, maintenance, and research.
  • •Execute client transactions within delegated authority or guidelines, escalating items outside norms or requiring RM approval.
  • •Assist in obtaining necessary information for loan applications, such as financial statements, tax returns, and business documentation; may coordinate with outside vendors.
  • •Run and review daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for accuracy and compliance, updating systems or correcting errors as needed.
  • •Support Commercial Relationship Managers with complex client relationship reviews and portfolio management, including account reconciliation and exception monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of banking experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Advanced understanding of credit products, bank systems, and commercial lending.

  • •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
