Senior Principal Thermal Engineer-Data Center Solutions

Design and validate advanced thermal solutions for data center customers by defining system-level thermal strategy and developing next-generation cooling technologies. Conduct analytical modeling, CFD simulations, and empirical testing, then deliver reliable air- and liquid-cooled designs. Lead thermal architecture tradeoffs across performance, acoustics, cost, and reliability while collaborating with mechanical engineering teams, suppliers, and ODM/JDM partners, and mentoring junior engineers to meet Dell quality and sustainability standards.
