Job Summary

Provide onsite IT support for a federal customer in New Orleans, supporting networks, servers, and end-user applications. Triage and resolve technical issues through the ServiceNow ticketing system, perform troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and OS patching/upgrades via SCCM, and support telework users over VPN/Citrix. Perform local cabling, wireless/mobile device tier 2 support, assist with asset inventory and disposal preparation, and provide onsite training for support personnel.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide onsite support for all onsite IT activities and coordinate with support teams/help desks to resolve problems.
•Provide on-call support by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems via the ServiceNow ticketing system.
•Coordinate operation and/or maintenance activities for networks/servers, including troubleshooting, hardware configurations, and component replacement.
•Install operating system patches/upgrades via SCCM Software Center and support telework/home users.
•Perform additional onsite duties such as local cabling, wireless/mobile tier 2 support, asset inventory support, disposal preparation, and onsite training.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 53,040 annually
