Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SnapLogic, Blue Prism) to build reports and dashboards, create integrations, and manage access.
  • •Act as a consultant delivering innovative solutions to business requirements, designing, implementing, and testing system changes.
  • •Provide essential support and manage system-related incidents; contribute to knowledge base for efficient resolution.
  • •Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and releases; coordinate with HRIS vendor on technical issues.
  • •Mass upload data changes as required and propose system/process enhancements to improve HR operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant IT qualification/degree.
  • •One to two years minimum experience with Workday.
  • •Experience in SAFe and Agile methodology is a strong plus.
  • •Flexibility to respond to and prioritize numerous technology requests.
  • •Coding skills are valuable.
