Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services or another regulated industry, including compliance and regulatory reporting across frameworks like AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory risk and experience operating in high-scrutiny, audit-ready environments.
  • •Expert SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, analytical functions) and proficiency with Python libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and plotly.
  • •Hands-on experience with dbt (or similar) to model and organize high-fidelity data for reporting and decision-making.
  • •Proficiency setting up and managing data pipelines with knowledge of data workflow orchestration.
