Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee finance operations including accounting, FP&A, budgeting, treasury, AP/AR, and payroll.
  • •Build and manage financial planning, modeling, and forecasting to guide executive decision-making.
  • •Develop and drive financial strategy, including long-term planning and fundraising support.
  • •Direct month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, statutory audits, and tax filings.
  • •Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and local/state/federal regulations; monitor KPIs and communicate risks/opportunities.
