Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship product features and platform improvements across our stack, from advisor-facing interfaces to the APIs, pipelines, and services that power them.
•Use AI tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and whatever's useful) to move faster, write better code, and bring new techniques back to the team.
•Own the end-to-end development lifecycle on your work: scope it, build it, ship it to production, and iterate based on real feedback.
•Produce production-grade, readable, maintainable code with good testing discipline.
•Partner with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope, de-risk execution, and deliver high-impact outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,000 - 170,000 annually

•3+ years of professional experience.
•Active use of AI tools in daily workflow (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) and fluency in AI-assisted development.

•Solid full-stack understanding; experience with Next.js, React, Rails, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL.
•Clear communicator who collaborates well cross-functionally in a fast-moving startup environment.
