Key Responsibilities

•Maintain client firewall infrastructure and ensure SLAs are met with zero missed conditions.
•Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to identify and investigate problems and errors before or as they occur.
•Handle standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests via telephonic, ITSM ticket, or chat support, ensuring efficient resolutions.
•Schedule maintenance activities such as patching and configuration changes and follow shift handover procedures for service continuity.
•Update or create knowledge articles and identify opportunities to optimize work through automation and process improvements, including support for disaster recovery functions and tests.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level experience troubleshooting and providing support for security, network, data centre, systems, or storage administration and monitoring services within an ICT organization.
•Working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Ability to use active listening techniques, including paraphrasing, probing for details, and avoiding interruptions.
•Highly disciplined ticket handling, acting promptly per defined SOPs, and resolving as many tickets as possible using knowledge articles or SOPs.
•Good understanding of using ITSM tools and the ability to communicate and work across different cultures.
