  • •Maintain ownership of production test flow and troubleshoot complex electrical issues found during testing.
  • •Maintain and validate test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system checkouts and acceptance testing to component-level in-process validation.
  • •Improve and sustain test systems to increase automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage.
  • •Generate test work instructions for technician teams in MES, and train technicians on equipment use as required.
  • •Determine root causes of product failures and recommend corrective actions, partnering with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering for failure analysis and returns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
  • •Experience with contract manufacturers and thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
