  • •Staff and develop the Plant Systems Engineering team, including contractors and outsourcing contingency options.
  • •Create and maintain workload forecasting and execution models to meet demands across business lanes.
  • •Coach and provide professional development, training requirements, and a skills/credentials matrix for team disciplines.
  • •Manage LNG process safety work processes, including design reviews and HAZOP engagement with stakeholders and third parties.
  • •Establish quality control measures and manage discipline-specific technical risk registers, step-outs, and mitigation plans.
