Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage global scientific engagement strategy and relationships with KOLs, clinical experts, researchers, healthcare institutions, and professional societies.
  • •Drive scientific insight generation via advisory boards, expert interactions, and Voice of Customer activities; translate insights into recommendations for innovation, product development, and evidence strategies.
  • •Plan and execute scientific engagement at congresses, symposia, reference sites, and educational events to strengthen partnerships and support clinical education.
  • •Establish and manage strategic scientific collaborations with academic and research organizations; support evidence generation, identify research opportunities and gaps, and contribute to publication strategies.
  • •Maintain governance and compliance for scientific relationship management, including engagement databases, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry (or equivalent clinical experience).
  • •Proven track record in Medical Affairs/Clinical Affairs/Clinical Research and building relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong expertise in scientific engagement, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management, clinical evidence generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Master’s degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Pharmacy, Public Health, or related scientific discipline (PhD or MBA is an advantage).
  • •Preferred experience in diagnostic imaging, image-guided therapy, scientific collaborations, advisory boards, investigator-initiated studies, clinical research, scientific publications, and congress activities; physician clinical experience in Radiology/Interventional Radiology is highly desirable.
