Key Responsibilities

•Source and close first-of-a-kind commercial agreements with Tier-1 SIs, including framework deals, global MoUs, and joint offering structures.
•Define multi-practice value propositions and align SI leadership on why Fireworks and how joint delivery creates margin.
•Recruit and develop Tier-1 SI partners, establish functional working relationships across engineers, sales, and product, and guide partners to stand up Fireworks service offerings.
•Design and own FDE certification (inference, fine-tuning pipelines, production deployment) and build the operating model for partner project flow, support, escalation, and attribution.
•Embed Fireworks into SI practice playbooks and internal solution frameworks, and produce joint innovation content and case studies with attributable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 330,000 - 380,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8-10 years across top-tier consulting, enterprise technology, or AI/ML vendor roles, or senior SI alliance leadership with exposure to how GSIs structure, sell, and deliver.
•Track record closing non-standard strategic agreements (e.g., MoUs, framework deals, joint offering structures) with major GSIs or consulting firms.
•Working knowledge of how GSIs operate (practice formation, CoE funding, delivery authority, and internal service line competition).
•ML stack fluency to design and assess technical enablement for fine-tuning, inference, and deployment pipelines.
•Demonstrated 0-to-1 program or function builds; operates at C-suite and equity partner level and measures success by pipeline and practice maturity.
