Job Summary

Actuarial and Product Support Analyst for ReMetrica, Aon’s stochastic modeling platform. You will become an expert user, train and support clients, assist in internal testing of new features, contribute to presales demonstrations, and participate in ReMetrica client consulting projects, leveraging actuarial knowledge with technical and communication skills to help clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities

•Become an expert user of ReMetrica and support existing and prospective clients and users.
•Conduct training workshops and provide technical support via emails and calls.
•Assist in internal testing of new features of ReMetrica.
•Assist in presales demonstrations and presentations.
•Assist in ReMetrica client consulting projects.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s degree or higher in a numerate discipline (e.g., mathematics, statistics, physical sciences, economics, etc.).
•Prior experience in a general insurance or reinsurance actuarial, risk, product development or consulting role; similar roles in related industries will be considered.
•Programming skills in any major language at least at the level of writing VBA macros in Microsoft Excel.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn independently and proactively address client issues.
•Strong communication skills with experience working across multidisciplinary teams; occasional business travel required.
