Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn structural designs and assemble structural reinforcement cages using automated, battery-operated tying tools with precision jigs.
  • •Layout complex cage structures and operate radius and angle-bending power machinery.
  • •Operate an automated shear line to measure, cut raw materials to exact length, and kit components for production.
  • •Place pre-cut steel components into precision fabrication jigs for rapid assembly.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe indoor shop environment while following plant safety guidelines, quality inspection standards, and production schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •No prior experience in construction, rebar, or manufacturing is required; we train you from day one.
  • •Read basic blueprints, shop drawings, or bend sheets (highly desirable).
  • •Strong reliability, consistency, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • •Comfort with standard indoor manufacturing tasks, including standing and lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
