Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct independent financial statement, covenant, and collateral analysis for corporate banking clients, assessing liquidity, leverage, and debt service capacity.
  • •Collaborate with Relationship Managers to manage an assigned portfolio of relationships and oversee ongoing portfolio performance.
  • •Manage the pipeline of annual/interim reviews, covenant testing, renewals, and modifications.
  • •Monitor client financial performance and covenant compliance, report credit deterioration promptly, and coordinate with Special Assets to mitigate potential losses.
  • •Proactively manage renewals/extensions of maturing notes and track delinquencies by identifying early warning signals of credit deterioration.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • •3 to 7 years of strong credit analyst experience and/or demonstrated portfolio management skills.
  • •Ability to independently underwrite commercial loans and knowledge of commercial loan structures and documentation.
  • •Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence others, plus strong computer and analytical skills.
  • •Valid driver's license and travel, including some overnight stays, are required.
