Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated international campaign picture across all X-BAT regional and country pursuits, including strategy status, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, decision points, and campaign health.
  • •Enable regional and country GTM leads with templates, playbooks, data, competitive inputs, and cross-functional access to execute capture plans.
  • •Synchronize cross-company functions (engineering, product, export, legal, contracts, finance, government relations, business operations) on a single prioritized international campaign plan.
  • •Maintain the U.S. Government approval and disclosure critical path (FMS, DCS, hybrid pathways) and translate global dependencies into country-level timeline implications.
  • •Run operating cadence (campaign reviews, gate reviews, risk registers, action tracking, executive dashboards) and identify/escalate cross-campaign conflicts and resource tradeoffs early.

Salary: USD 190,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in international B2G capture management, program management, strategic operations, business operations, technical program management, or comparable cross-functional leadership.
  • •Experience leading highly complex, interdependent workstreams across engineering, business development, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
  • •Working knowledge of international defense pursuit dependencies, including FMS, DCS, or hybrid acquisition pathways and related approval/disclosure/exportability sequencing.
  • •Proven ability to influence without direct authority and to drive accountability across functions and geographies.
  • •Strong executive communication skills for leadership briefings, dashboards, metrics, and decision-support materials.
