Key Responsibilities

  • •Support picking, packing, and shipping of internal and external orders with 100% accuracy.
  • •Load and unload trucks throughout the day as needed, and optionally count received/shipped product to ensure accuracy.
  • •Adhere to all safety guidelines in the warehouse, including required PPE and safe equipment operation.
  • •Follow SOP and work-instruction guidelines and participate in daily pre-shift and end-of-shift responsibilities (area prep/cleanup, shutdown, forklift/scanner charging).
  • •Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain operations and complete other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 1 year of work experience.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • •Experience in fulfillment operations or other supply chain disciplines is a plus.
  • •Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally to meet or exceed KPIs and shipment expectations.
  • •Willingness to work until the end of shift and complete all assigned work; ability to load/unload trucks and meet physical requirements (up to 50 lbs unassisted).
