Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and organize clinical areas and waiting areas for patient consultations, procedures, and presence.
  • •Provide non-interventional assistance to licensed healthcare professionals (e.g., chaperoning, consumable/room preparation, turnaround) and perform basic patient care tasks under instruction.
  • •Sterilize, clean, and prepare medical equipment according to NMC policy.
  • •Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection; schedule appointments and handle admissions/discharges and follow-up calls.
  • •Monitor medical supply inventory, ensure infection prevention and control and OSHMS compliance, and escalate concerns using the incident reporting system.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification/training may be required).
  • •Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and healthcare practices.
  • •Ability to use medical equipment and follow safety protocols.
  • •Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • •1 year relevant healthcare experience in UAE is an advantage.
