Assemble and place production components used to manufacture food products safely, on time, and efficiently. Follow USDA, HACCP, GMP, and plant recipe guidelines to ensure proper handling and component placement that supports food safety and quality. Report deviations in product quality, machinery, or standards to supervision, perform changeover and sanitation requirements, and maintain a clean work environment while working around moving machinery and PPE.
