Job Summary

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for Land and Property project delivery. Build with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search, using RAG and agentic AI frameworks to turn land/GIS and business challenges into practical automation, analysis, and decision-support tools. Integrate solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and data pipelines, while collaborating with Land experts and guiding adoption across UK, Ireland, and India teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for Land and Property delivery challenges.
•Translate business problems into technical solution designs, including prompts, model selection, integration approach, success measures, and deployment considerations.
•Build prototypes and production-ready tools for automation, data analysis, document processing, reporting, project controls, land referencing, and stakeholder workflows.
•Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services; maintain data pipelines and reusable components for AI-enabled solutions.
•Collaborate with Land experts and stakeholders, support adoption, and mentor junior team members as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
•7+ years’ experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise or project delivery environments.
•Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions in Microsoft Azure environments.
•Experience using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and related cloud AI services.
•Practical understanding of MLOps, version control, monitoring, governance, and deployment of AI solutions into production or controlled environments.
