Job Summary

Own Workday Product Adoption Insights by building analytics that assess whether product features and AI agents deliver intended business and customer value. Partner with cross-functional teams to source and analyze adoption data, design scalable telemetry pipelines, and translate complex data models into executive-ready narratives and interactive dashboards. Provide thought leadership on trends, governance, and root-cause investigations to continuously improve the Workday customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the P&T domain expert in product adoption analytics, providing technical and strategic thought leadership.
•Partner with technical leaders and domain experts to map the data landscape and improve data accessibility for decision-makers.
•Design enterprise-wide adoption analytics connections and collaborate on scalable, sustainable data pipelines.
•Translate complex models into narratives and data visualizations (interactive dashboards and executive presentations).
•Conduct forensic investigations to identify root causes and guide stakeholders on trends, governance, and use cases.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and/or data science.
•8+ years simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
•5+ years experience with enterprise BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Sigma).
•6-8 years experience working autonomously in a highly matrixed, collaborative corporate environment.
•A degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
