Job Summary

Design, develop, and support Hyland OnBase integrations with internal and external enterprise systems. Build and maintain APIs/services for document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, and metadata exchange using Unity API, OnBase Web Services, and REST/SOAP. Configure OnBase workflows and document management elements, collaborate with business and QA teams, troubleshoot production issues, optimize SQL for data validation, and support deployments with DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and support OnBase integrations with internal and external enterprise applications.
•Build and maintain APIs/services for document upload, retrieval, indexing, workflow actions, and metadata exchange.
•Develop OnBase solutions using Unity API and web services, including REST/SOAP integration work.
•Configure and customize OnBase workflows and document management elements such as document types, keywords, forms, and lifecycle processes.
•Troubleshoot production issues with root-cause analysis and provide application support, including SQL query optimization and support for deployments/releases.

Key Requirements

•8+ years developing and integrating with Hyland OnBase.
•Hyland OnBase certification.
•Hands-on OnBase API development using Unity API, OnBase Web Services, and REST/SOAP integrations.
•Strong C#/.NET programming experience and ability to write complex SQL queries/stored procedures (SQL Server/Oracle).
•Experience with OnBase configuration (document types, keywords, workflows, user groups/roles, forms/Unity Forms) and production troubleshooting/support.
