Job Summary

Design and build intelligent, enterprise-grade software centered on agentic AI and complex integrations between Legal Technology systems and the DocuSign platform. You’ll develop production-ready AI features, including NLP and RAG architectures, conversational interfaces, multi-agent frameworks, and API-based LLM integrations. Lead feasibility studies and rapid prototypes for “build vs. buy” decisions, while owning code quality, reliability, scalability, security, documentation, and evaluation pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct applied AI research and translate GenAI advancements into production-ready software features.
•Lead technical feasibility studies and rapid prototyping to support “build vs. buy” architectural decisions.
•Engineer production-grade NLP, information retrieval, and scalable RAG architectures connecting LLMs to enterprise databases.
•Build autonomous multi-agent frameworks and agentic platforms with secure execution and distributed systems architecture.
•Develop evaluation pipelines, telemetry, documentation, and maintainable, reproducible AI infrastructure (including prompt library and CI/CD integration).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•10+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.
•Proven experience developing and deploying GenAI-powered applications (intelligent chatbots, AI copilots, autonomous agents).
•Strong understanding of LLMs and transformer architectures (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5) and their applications for generation, QA, summarization, and code synthesis.
•Proficiency with LLM orchestration and agent/multi-agent frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, and CrewAI.
