Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary credit point of contact for borrowers and maintain ongoing relationship engagement.
  • •Monitor assigned credit relationships for covenant compliance, collateral, and credit deterioration; conduct regular loan reviews and recommend actions.
  • •Review and interpret loan agreements, guarantees, and other credit documentation; evaluate credit requests independently from sales and recommend credit decisions.
  • •Review, approve, and process loan advance requests and review and approve monthly loan statements and reporting.
  • •Provide team guidance and oversight through performance evaluations, goal setting, and ongoing feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of relevant lending or portfolio management experience.
  • •Strong working knowledge of real estate lending, with preference for construction and bridge experience.
  • •Solid understanding of commercial lending fundamentals including cash flow analysis, financial analysis, and loan structuring.
  • •Strong working knowledge of bank credit policies, portfolio management practices, and risk management standards.
  • •Ability to interpret complex loan documentation and collateral perfection requirements.
