Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and improve global talent management and succession processes.
  • •Support talent identification, development, internal mobility, and leadership pipelines.
  • •Own the annual performance management cycle and talent review cycle, continuously improving the process.
  • •Use talent and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and turn them into actionable insights.
  • •Develop tools, workshops, and guidance to support managers and employees in talent and performance conversations.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of relevant experience in talent, performance, people development or a related HR discipline.
  • •Experience with talent and/or performance management and strong analytical skills using Excel and Power BI.
  • •Experience with HRIS (Workday is a plus).
  • •Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken); any other language is a plus.
