Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise HR and business leaders on employment matters including performance management, discipline, terminations, accommodations, leaves, drug testing, and workplace investigations.
  • •Develop, review, and improve HR policies, handbooks, forms, training materials, and related processes.
  • •Monitor and interpret federal, state, and local employment laws and manage responses to administrative agencies (e.g., EEOC).
  • •Lead or support employment litigation and pre-litigation strategy, including settlement negotiations and coordination with outside counsel.

Key Requirements
