Job Summary

Own inventory accuracy across Jetson’s warehouse network by serving as the primary NetSuite/Arena data steward. You’ll post inventory adjustment transactions, resolve receiving discrepancies, and support new warehouse site setup including cycle counts, reorder points, and WMS bin configuration coordination. You’ll also drive root-cause corrective actions, manage quarantine and reverse logistics for returned or damaged inventory, and improve inventory accuracy processes through continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Own inventory accuracy across all active warehouse sites and serve as primary NetSuite/Arena data steward for cycle counts, variance analysis, manual receipts, and audit support.
•Post inventory adjustment transactions in NetSuite to resolve approved cycle count variances and escalate high-value or recurring discrepancies.
•Support systematic setup of new warehouse sites, including seeding, opening inventory counts, establishing initial reorder points, and coordinating WMS configuration and bin structure.
•Log, investigate, and resolve receiving discrepancies in NetSuite/Arena.
•Own root cause corrective action processes for recurring receiving and inventory issues; manage quarantine, reverse logistics, and disposition of returned or damaged inventory; drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 78,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience.
•Proficiency in NetSuite (preferred) and strong inventory knowledge including cycle counting, ABC classification, and inventory reconciliation.
•Experience managing receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes.
•Root cause analysis mindset with high attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
•Experience with Arena PLM and familiarity with WMS or RF scanning tools (preferred).
