Key Responsibilities

  • •Own inventory accuracy across all active warehouse sites and serve as primary NetSuite/Arena data steward for cycle counts, variance analysis, manual receipts, and audit support.
  • •Post inventory adjustment transactions in NetSuite to resolve approved cycle count variances and escalate high-value or recurring discrepancies.
  • •Support systematic setup of new warehouse sites, including seeding, opening inventory counts, establishing initial reorder points, and coordinating WMS configuration and bin structure.
  • •Log, investigate, and resolve receiving discrepancies in NetSuite/Arena.
  • •Own root cause corrective action processes for recurring receiving and inventory issues; manage quarantine, reverse logistics, and disposition of returned or damaged inventory; drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy processes.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of inventory control or warehouse operations experience.
  • •Proficiency in NetSuite (preferred) and strong inventory knowledge including cycle counting, ABC classification, and inventory reconciliation.
  • •Experience managing receiving discrepancies, returns, and warranty processes.
  • •Root cause analysis mindset with high attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets.
  • •Experience with Arena PLM and familiarity with WMS or RF scanning tools (preferred).
