Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract)

Support Airbus’ Talent Acquisition team by leading end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles at the Kinston, NC facility. Source and screen candidates across entry to senior leadership, developing proactive sourcing strategies that may include cold calling and network development. Build applicant pools, conduct pre-screen interviews to create down-select slates, coordinate interview/onboarding processes, and participate in recruitment events while ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations.
