Job Summary

Support hyperscale datacenter operations by managing server-fleet issues through a ticketing system and serving as the first contact for break-fix technicians. Triage queues, resolve escalations, perform power cycles, troubleshoot systems, and replace failed components. Assist with physical moves, capacity additions, and retrofits, contribute to inventory/asset management, and collaborate with physical security and EHS teams while participating in an on-call rotation.
