•Assess customer banking needs, obtain and process customer/account information, and recommend deposit and loan solutions aligned to goals.
•Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital and self-service offerings.
•Provide an optimal client experience by greeting clients, processing basic transactions, opening consumer/business accounts, and completing service requests.
•Submit credit applications and proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products to support their financial needs.

•Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, support systems, and all retail products and services.
•Proven customer service and interpersonal skills, with experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions.
