Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Receive client service requests, communicate with service partners, and gather information to facilitate service changes or transactions.
  • •Coordinate resolution of client issues and communicate steps taken to resolve requests or problems.
  • •Oversee action plans for client servicing events, ensure execution and follow-up, and regularly communicate account setup/status and document requests.
  • •Support client servicing events and account acceptance processes, ensure accurate documentation and fee setup/review, and maintain up-to-date system information.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • •In-depth knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services/products.
  • •Knowledge of internal bank trust functions.
  • •Technical skills/systems knowledge (e.g., Peoplesoft).
  • •5+ years of financial servicing experience preferred; degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
