Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary Portfolio Management contact supporting the European Asset Management team.
  • •Monitor operating and financial performance; analyze trends, risks, and opportunities; produce analytics and recommendations for decisions.
  • •Lead quarterly valuation processes across multiple European real estate funds, coordinating internal specialists, finance, and external valuers.
  • •Own and enhance portfolio-level financial models; perform scenario analysis, liquidity forecasting, and benchmarking.
  • •Coordinate quarterly PMC materials and draft quarterly investor reporting; support ad hoc data requests and reporting process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, asset management, investment banking, valuation advisory, transaction services, or a similar analytical role.
  • •Strong understanding of commercial real estate investing and portfolio management.
  • •Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • •Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams and communicating insights clearly.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline; ACA, CFA, or MRICS advantageous.
