Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and product maintenance. Ensure efficient use of warehouse space, maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts, and reconcile data with the inventory management system. Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff while enforcing health and safety standards. Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to dispatch orders on time and prepare reports on warehouse and inventory performance.
