Key Responsibilities

•Support designated Bank Branch Network to increase insurance sales and achieve commercial targets
•Build and maintain day-to-day collaboration with branch teams, acting as the primary point of contact for insurance solutions and sales-related topics
•Provide guidance and commercial support to Relationship Managers and Branch Managers in identifying opportunities, as well as leveraging clients portfolio
•Organize and deliver training sessions, product presentations, and joint client visits to enhance product knowledge and conversion rates
•Monitor key KPIs, analyze branch performance, and propose targeted improvement actions

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field; postgraduate studies are an asset
•5+ years of proven experience in training, sales enablement or sales roles (preferably in Insurance, Banking or Financial services)

•Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
•Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and leverage KPIs to drive decision-making
