Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project QA/QC Manager or Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at site in line with the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) for construction activities and ensure they cover all on-site activities.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals; raise NCRs for substandard materials and include inspection records in monthly quality reports.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update stakeholders on quality status, and maintain records for weekly progress meetings.
  • •Ensure document control procedures are implemented, maintain test results and related logs (including concrete pour cards), and support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience in QA/QC with 3+ years relevant QA/QC experience.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of work standards, specifications, and quality systems including ISO 9001, QCS, SMACNA, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
  • •In-depth knowledge of QMS or Integrated Management System (IMS) and ability to develop procedures, plans, and work instructions.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or a Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), plus a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
