Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain production dashboards and automated reporting for mission-critical supply chain metrics.
  • •Conduct root-cause analysis on delivery bottlenecks, supplier capacity constraints, and cost drivers to mitigate risks.
  • •Use exception and action reporting to resolve blockers and eliminate supply chain constraints.
  • •Partner with Product Sourcing Engineers and Program Managers during NPI to track BOM maturity, tooling readiness, and long-lead component procurement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field (Master’s a plus).
  • •3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, supply chain management, or operations analysis focused on reporting, data modeling, and business intelligence.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, data modeling, macros, Power Query, pivot tables, and dynamic reporting.
  • •Ability to build actionable dashboards in BI/data visualization tools such as Palantir Foundry, Databricks, and Power BI.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for cross-functional stakeholders.
