Job Summary

Ensure accurate warehouse inventory by performing cycle counts, physical inventory, and end-of-month receipts/issues verification. Receive finished goods by batch and quantity, prepare products for storage with proper banding, wrapping, and labeling, and manage stock transfers and purchase requests. Investigate inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement. Maintain safe operations, back up shipping/receiving duties, and serve as a driver when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory for raw material, finished goods, regrind, and production supplies.
•Manage end-of-month inventory by ensuring all receipts and issues are posted by the last day of each month.
•Receive finished goods by verifying batch and quantity, then place materials into stock.
•Prepare finished products for storage by banding, wrapping, labeling, and placing them in the correct finished goods areas.
•Investigate inventory discrepancies found during counts and report them to the Supervisor/Operations Planning Manager for timely adjustments.

•Forklift certification required.
•Current Commercial Driver’s License required.
•Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with inventory deadlines.
