Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of Compliance Link (Firco) implementations, including project management, deployment, configuration, training, and ongoing support.
  • •Perform functional analysis by translating client requirements into Compliance Link solutions using best practices.
  • •Provide technical implementation support (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) and act as a subject matter expert.
  • •Conduct technical audits and health checks, and support pre-sales activities including RFI/RFP responses and business development.
  • •Maintain cross-functional collaboration to assess client needs and support sales initiatives while staying current on sanctions regulations and market developments.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of Unix (Linux Redhat, AIX and Solaris) and Windows operating systems.
  • •Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL relational databases (Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL Server).
  • •Knowledge of IBM MQ (queueing system).
  • •Experience configuring webservers: WebSphere, WebLogic and Apache Tomcat (at least one).
  • •Familiarity with compliance/sanctions risk management (e.g., AML, CFT, KYC) is desirable.
