Job Summary

Support the Channels Operations team by monitoring daily Amazon account health and Seller-Fulfilled Prime (SFP) metrics across 30+ accounts. Build and maintain Excel reporting models, run deep-dive analyses on performance changes, and help protect Prime eligibility. Serve as a subject-matter resource on SFP requirements, identify emerging Prime Badge risks, and coordinate corrective actions. Sit alongside the Channels Manager to keep operations aligned and covered during time off.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily performance and Seller-Fulfilled Prime (SFP) metrics across 30+ Amazon accounts to spot anomalies and protect Prime eligibility.
•Build and maintain Excel reporting models that turn raw account data into actionable insights for leadership.
•Investigate metric fluctuations with data-backed root-cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
•Serve as an internal authority on SFP requirements and metric weighting, advising teams and brand partners on performance standards.
•Identify emerging Prime Badge risks and help develop and execute corrective action plans, while coordinating operational coverage for the Channels Manager.

Key Requirements

•Ideally a student in their 2nd to 3rd year of university.
•Highly motivated to take on real responsibility.
•Able to learn quickly and pick up new processes.
•Flexible and comfortable when priorities shift with short notice.
•Comfortable working in Excel, including formulas and structured data.
