Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and generate project opportunities from a portfolio of maintenance contracts.
  • •Liaise with stakeholders, explain feasibility of schemes, and develop and deliver projects aligned to business cases and agreed budgets.
  • •Manage tenders end-to-end, including tender analysis of subcontractor returns and documentation of scope of work with developers, designers, and subcontractors.
  • •Identify, reduce, and manage statutory and commercial risks; ensure QHSE practices and full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
  • •Manage day-to-day end-to-end operational delivery, including estimating, business development, quantity surveying, subcontractor management, site manager duties, customer acceptance, and monthly reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience delivering projects in a technical, FM, construction, or critical environment.
  • •Recognised qualification in Project Management.
  • •Fluent in Dutch and English (orally and written).
  • •Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
