Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow defined standards, CBA, and SOPs to perform simple/repetitive packing-line operational tasks with mentorship.
  • •Maintain product quality, safety, and work condition; maintain area to meet GMP, QAC requirements, and 5’s standard.
  • •Perform maintenance/changeover support (part exchange, process adjustment under guiding) and qualify on-line QC skill block.
  • •Implement team-level system work independently; update daily results in the scorecard and attend end-shift meetings.
  • •Support equipment ownership and run packing line with safe behavior; contribute to CIL/PM tasks, Kaizen to reduce losses, and troubleshooting using Why-Why/failure analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •High vocational or bachelor’s degree in Technical, Operation, Production, Electrical power, Electronics, or related fields.
  • •Must have safety in mind.
  • •Exhibit strong logical problem solving and operational excellence skills.
  • •Can work effectively with others and under pressure.
  • •Able to work at Bangna-Trad highway km.36 and work on shift.
