•Plan, coordinate, and manage training logistics to support efficient delivery across multiple locations and audiences.
•Measure learning effectiveness and business impact, then continuously improve content and delivery models.

Salary: USD 55,000 - 82,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
•Knowledge of talent development and adult learning principles, including instructional design and training evaluation.
•Experience designing and developing learning content for classroom, virtual, and/or digital delivery (preferred).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to assess effectiveness and inform improvements.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
