Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and execution of strategic operational programs from initiation through steady-state, with limited oversight — starting with the HC Planning and Operations COE.
•Define workplans, achievements, governance structures, and success measures; create momentum across concurrent workstreams.
•Build and maintain program artifacts that are clear and usable by others.
•Prepare executive-ready materials for senior audiences and facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners.
•Translate operational complexity into clear recommendations and concise communication tailored to each audience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,800 - 202,250 annually

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations in a large, matrixed organization.
•Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently—from structuring the problem through execution.
•Strong fundamentals in program and project management: planning, workstream coordination, and reporting.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build executive-ready outputs regularly and without heavy direction.
•Strong analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
