Job Summary

Support the corporate legal function by advising on tax, pensions, treasury, subsidiary governance, and other corporate matters. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage corporate and commercial agreements and clauses while identifying legal issues and risks. Partner with HR on employment-related topics, manage litigation and dispute resolution matters, and help maintain legal budgets and accurate corporate records across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise on corporate projects including tax, pensions, legal restructurings, treasury matters, and subsidiary management (including serving as Lead).
•Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and manage agreements/clauses such as commercial agreements and treasury/banking documents.
•Identify and analyze legal issues, provide clear recommendations, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
•Partner with Human Resources on employment-related matters and manage related legal risk.
•Manage litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and subsidiary governance/compliance including maintaining accurate corporate records.

Key Requirements

•Law degree (LLB or Juris Doctorate) with qualification to practice in applicable country/ies.
•1–2+ years of legal & compliance experience in a top-class law firm and/or in-house legal environment.
•Experience in commercial contracts, corporate law, and general compliance.
•Preference for a US or UK-qualified solicitor with top-tier law firm training or experience.
•Experience partnering with and managing external counsel, plus some M&A or pensions experience is a plus.
