Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive GTM strategies for the customer journey across marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • •Partner to develop positioning, messaging, value propositions, and adoption strategies; translate GTM strategy into narratives and execution materials.
  • •Coordinate experience design improvements, including modular tooling, standardized usability testing, automation, and personalization while maintaining global consistency.
  • •Design and operate a scalable internal feedback loop to capture insights from GTM teams and translate them into meaningful inputs for Product and GTM strategy.
  • •Lead change management to transition sellers from legacy tools to new platforms, including adoption plans, readiness collaboration, and reinforcement of key messages and behaviors.
