Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the Asset Configuration Change Application (ACCA) register and ensure ACCAs are completed accurately and within timelines.
  • •Provide bi-weekly ACCA statistics and management reports, including trend analysis to support risk-based decision-making.
  • •Support and implement paperless ACCA processes and contribute to continuous improvement of change-management frameworks.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal Engineering & Maintenance procedures, Integrated Management System (IMS), and health, safety, and welfare requirements.
  • •Lead and manage direct reports, including coaching supervisors/team leaders, setting objectives, monitoring attendance, and managing appraisals and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH/IOSH Diploma.
  • •NEBOSH Fire Safety Cert.
  • •Collaborative Business Relationship Management (CBRM).
  • •COSHH Management Certification.
  • •Minimum 5 years railway experience, preferably with 2 years in the System Assurance–Asset Configuration Change Application (ACCA) role.
