Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize contracting mechanisms with business stakeholders to manage risks and protect business interests.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements (e.g., client and vendor contracts, Master Services Agreements, joint venture agreements) ensuring compliance.
  • •Develop and maintain standard contracting templates across service areas.
  • •Provide strategic, commercially-centred legal advice to the Regional Country Board and Regional Management team on key legal matters.
  • •Monitor and advise on legislative and regulatory changes; support corporate transactions and oversee litigation, arbitration, and disputes (with external counsel where appropriate).

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Solicitor/Attorney with a current practising certificate (or jurisdictional equivalent).
  • •Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • •Minimum 8-10 years of post-qualification experience, including significant in-house legal experience in global organisations.
  • •Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance (construction law experience is a plus).
  • •Advanced negotiation skills and strong legal research capability, staying abreast of legislative changes.
