Consumer Sales Coach (Central Maryland)

Coach branch teammates across your assigned Central Maryland territory to execute retail sales strategies and improve overall performance. Partner with Consumer Sales and Market Leaders to build coaching plans delivered through in-person observations, role plays, and timely feedback. Drive adoption of a consultative sales model (GUIDE) and Salesforce CRM, monitor sales reporting to find gaps, support onboarding and ongoing education, and ensure compliant, risk-aware sales practices.
