Lead the production system for content creation on a large-scale AAA game by building, operating, and improving scalable asset production pipelines across internal teams, external vendors, and co-development partners. Manage and support associate producers’ day-to-day tracking across content disciplines, define clear intake-to-delivery workflows, standardize asset definitions and approvals, oversee Jira-based visibility, and coordinate with QA/development to surface risks and keep milestones on track.
